Thanks for the compliment regarding being the expert for "REST" although I wouldn't call myself that. I would agree that you can't do like I did and think you can immediately use the software. You do need to read the manual and keep using it for reference. I am continuously finding more pluses to the program. Also, the best is the support. Karen Hardy and her team are terrific and have incredible patience. She is always open to suggestions as to how to make it even more usable for agents. I also like that there are no extra charges for upgrades.

As to the mobile version, it works very well and is a real plus. Syncing is not a problem...but you do need to pay close attention to the details of the installation procedure.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me or call at 314-570-5125.

Thanks Ron for your help! I will review this software and see what I

think. Did you ever use Top Producer? I tried it but think there has

to be something out there for less money and easier to use.

Hi Lois,

I never tried Top Producer as it wasn't compatible with my Mac. Plus, the learning curve and the continuous costs persuaded me that there had to be a better answer than using the PC side of my Mac for TP. I am very pleased with REST.

Thanks Ron for your input! When I used Top Producer in those days, I was not a Mac person. I am sold on Mac and would never change! Is REST hard to learn? Is it user friendly?

Have a wonderful weekend!!

I found that REST has not been difficult to use. When I have run into problems, I have been able to get great tech support from Karen Hardy and her team. Take a look at their website and download the program which you can test at no charge.

The more I use it, the more I realize how powerful it is.

I have been using REST for over a year now. It works as promised and I have had no issues except user stupidity since I bought it. I have not had the time to learn all of its capabilities nor ad the IPhone Ap.

Due to having to buy the Filemaker AP first, then the REST AP, I will probably continue to hold off for a while.

However, I highly recommend the software.

Thanks Polly for trying to help me find a good system for tracking prospects. Are you saying that you have to purchase filemaker before you and use REST?

Lois,

Only if you want to put the REST Ap on your IPhone. Which I think would be great, but I consider this a slight luxury and want to wait till spring is over.
