I know the topic of contact management software comes up from time to time. I have came upon a program named SOHO Organizer the web address is www.chronosnet.com the suite is $99 . I have downloaded the free trial version and so for I like what I see. Has anyone else ever taken a look at this software? Comments would be appreciated.

I bought SOHO Organizer a couple of years ago and really gave it the college try to make it work in my business. However, after I spent a great deal of time loading in the contacts and the calendar, I found that it was so slow it was unusable for me. I know there have been updates since then, and I really root for Chronos, but I have not been able to make Organizer work for me even after upgrading my computer. Good luck with it.

I am not familiar with SOHO Organizer, but I have been using REST (REAL ESTATE SUCCESS TOOLS) which has been an excellent tool for me. They also have an app for the IPhones so that you can sync your info to it. It really is a great program..no charges for updates and terrific customer support.

I would suggest http://nowsoftware.com/. I have used the the older versions of Now Up To Date and Contact for many years. I have it on 3 Macs with a server on a 4th Mac and it sincs with my Cintro. The newest version is called Now X. I'm excited about Now X, but I won't migrate to it until it's out of beta.

I had made an earlier post about my struggle to find good business contact management software for real estate that would run on my Mac. Ron Gorman responded by saying that he used Real Estate Success Tools (REST). I went to their website and downloaded a trial version and studied it carefully for several days. I did not find it easy to use at first glance, however, by downloading the users manual and going over it carefully I found the software to be user friendly. Had a couple of questions, I sent an e-mail and to my surprise received a phone call which answered my question. I have purchased the software for my Mac and iPhone. Your post helped me to make my decision. Thank you Larry, Ray and Ron.

Lois to answer your questions about REST. The website is http://www.realestatesuccesstools.com/REST/REST/index.html

How long have I been using it? I worked and studied the trial version for one week and just purchased the software on Friday of last week. If you would like to download the trial version please make sure you download the users manual and read through it while working on the software. I think you will find it to be user friendly as I did. However without printing the manual I found it difficult at first, primarily because of not understanding which steps to take first. Best of luck and maybe Ron Gorman can add a comment because he's the real expert on REST.

Ron, thank you for your review on REST. I have been reluctant to buy it but will now reconsider, especially if it syncs with my iPhone.

Any sync problems?
