Does the iPod functionality on the iPhone the exact same as the iPod?
If you buy an iPhone is there any reason to buy an iPod? Is the sound better on the iPod. I suppose space might be an issue if you have lots of pictures on your phone.

Hey Brian

Simple answer: No you do not need to buy an iPod on top of the iPhone.

I've never owned an iPod and still don't understand why people keep shelling out that kind of money for an iPod when the next MP3 player just as good if not better. Nevertheless I am a huge proponent for the iPhone as it brings everything under one roof just like Costco, Walmart, Amazon etc.

You can have your navigation system, kindle, news, audio books, musics, pictures, office documents, fax, email, browser and a load of other things all in one. So if you have not yet purchased an iPhone I suggest you run to the store or buy it online.

A kindle is an app that allows you to purchase books from Amazon, download it to your IPhone, and then read it. There are several versions of them that you see by doing a search for "kindle."
