Voice Mail

Recently, I realized that I hadn't received any voice mail messages on my IPhone for 10 days. I hadn't really paid any attention to my voice mail because I usually just check " recent" to see who has called. Then, I began to get calls from people asking why I hadn't responded to their voice mail.

I called AT&T IPhone help desk who had to get a higher level tech involved. It seems that I wasn't the only wait with the problem although I never received an answer as to the reason for the problem. It seems that AT&T had some issues.

I then had to do a complete restore of my IPhone with the help of the AT&T tech. He was very helpful and patient. Once the restore was complete, I haven't had any further problems.

My IPhone is a 3G and not the newest version.

Just a suggestion: call 611 and go thru your voice mails to make certain that you have them all and don't have my problem.
