The Loan Calculator App is a great "on the fly" app when working with buyers. Just remember to advise buyers that taxes, interest and HOA dues are not included in the quote.

You might also want to look at AppBox Pro. I think it was a couple of bucks, but well worth it. Very good loan calculator with amortization schedule and a bunch of very good and useful apps included.

Of course, you can also get the HP 12C Classic calculator for your iPhone... virtually the exact same handheld calculator I carried for real estate for years and years. Calculate loans, amortization schedules, IRR and so much more! Now I carry it on my phone instead. :-)
