I am interested in knowing apps that Iphone users use for real estate purposes.
Mine are:
Matrix - St. Louis Maris for the Iphone
FM Touch - use for REST (contact management program) mobile
CalcPro - mortgage info
LogMein - allows access to my Mac
What are you using?

I just recently added ChicagoAgent for info on Rent vs Buy scenarios, closing costs info, Seller net sheets, How much home can I afford, etc, etc. I just downloaded it 2 days ago and am looking forward to learning how to use it in the real world and adding value for my clients on the spot.
Does anyone know how an easier way to get your Apps moved around than one page at a time? If I wanted to move an app from page 6 over to page 2 do I have to just keep dragging the app from page to page?
There is a mac only database program that I use both on my mac and iphone called DayLite. It synchronizes great even on the run (away from home office).
While it's not an actual application, the SentriLock mobile website would be helpful to any SentriLock customer.
Using m.SentriLock.com you can generate 1 day codes for others to use at your boxes, or a renewal code for your card. You can also view access logs for your lockboxes.
I highly recommend AroundMe : it shows you what's in the area that you're in using your location.
RedFin : MLS search if its available in your area
SmarterAgent: MLS search but not as good as redfin
Zillow ; Definite must
Trulia: Maybe
Mint.com : Keep all your banks in one account and on the iPhone. Same as Microsoft money or quicken but much better and free. (FYI: Intuit just bought them for 170million :-) )
Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn are a given.
Lastly I highly recommend using Google Calendar because you can have the iPhone automatically sync with your Google Calendar. (Its the best)
Best of Luck
I just got the Iphone and would like to know if anyone could explain Sarfari? It says that it doesn't connect, is it suppose to automatic? Is it like Google?
Thanks
Kristin
Hi Kristin,
Safari and Google are two different things. Safari is a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox, and Google is a webpage just like any other page basically. Google is used as a web portal to take you anywhere you want to go on the internet.
Safari on your iPhone should connect automatically using your cell phone's service, or even by wi-fi if you're near a wireless connection.
Did you get your iPhone new at an AT&T store? Or did you buy it at an Apple store, or maybe somewhere else?
You'll need to make sure you have phone service set-up with your carrier before it'll work.
I hope this helps.

There are some nice fax and scanner programs available if you need to copy and send docs or scan receipts. I wonder what's next?
