Auto Sound system

Hi all!

I've never made a post before, but since my son is a 'car 'junkie' and likes to tinker with them, buy them etc. I thought I'd join the group so I can learn 'Car Speak'.

I just sent him to a vocational school in Daytona Beach where they teach you how to install sound systems in cars. With the economy the way it is, he has not been able to get a job doing this. I bought a domain name for him "TheSoundCandyStore.com" and thought I'd set up a blog for him where he can also advise others on not only sound systems, but repairs as well. I was thinking he could set up a paypal account and become a wholesaler for parts and have them dropped shipped to the sender (sort of like e-Bay).

What are your thoughts on this? Right now, people aren't letting loose of much money, but kids who think their cars are a part of their body parts will spend money. When the economy picks up, he could do better by also learning home theater sound installation. Right now he is MECP Certified.
