I didn't see that portion of the site, thanks for pointing it out. I won't be sending my customers there since they will be directed to another home search site.

Aloha: I agree with the people who want all leads to be lead back to their own sites. I have several web-sites and want all the leads I can. Like those of you who feel this way, I probably will not be using this site other to to keep in touch with it.

Very nicely put together. It was written using Joomla, a very popular CMS. However, the primary reason for a Realty site to exists is to generate leads. To do this a website needs to be found in the search engines. While I see some organic SEO on the site the is a serious deficit of active SEO in the content of the page.

Like many of the other realtors here I would never send a client to that page to have them directed away from me. You might try advertising the site on a consumer driven blog instead of an agent centric site.

Good luck to your friend!

Any agent out there that doesn't have a website for their potential client to search for homes in Phoenix Arizona, Please send them to my website. They can search all of Maricopa County, (ARMLS IDX).

I wasn't worried about the site sending people anywhere; I had no intention of sending them to the site. I had downloaded the Buyers Guide to send to them as a free-standing tool. However, I just went through it based on what you people are writing today and low and behold - there it is - advice telling them to go to realtor.com to find their agent. It also states that their buyers agent will never represent sellers on one line; on the next line it says to look for realtors in the paper with listings in the area they like. I will re-organize this tool by taking out the pages I don't like. The rest is good information for any buyer. Thanks for the heads up.
