Anyone working with First Time Buyers?

I wanted to let you know about a new site that is great for first timers. They can get a step by step guide for the buying process, sign up for a few contests (one they can nominate their realtor) and get some great information about the soon to expire tax credit.
The site is firsthomeexperience.com.
If you have a second could you check it out yourself? There are two versions, one for realtors and one for homeowners. Let me know what you think.
Erin,
The www.firsthomeexperience.com website from AHS is very nice. I like the animated greeting and the buyer guide content is very good.
JUST CURIOUS
DOES THIS SITE BELONG TO YOU IN ANY WAY
I am always looking for different things to send to my clients. I love the email greeting! I also sent it to some agents in my office so they can use it too. I like the information for agents and the section for customers. I will be using this with my customers. I also like Lowe's Realtor benefits. Thank you for sharing this with us!!
I just checked it out, looks good. What do you put for an email greeting, something that can go out to everyone?
Thanks for looking at the site and the kind words. To answer the pp, I didn't design the website, but my friend did. I know I was impressed when I first saw it and thought others might be too, and it has such great info.
Thanks Again :)
Nice site. I liked the Homebuyerfuide and the email. I'm always keeping my eye out for new and easy ways to provide service. I will be using it and recommending it as well.
I really don't like the animated greeting. Just too corny. I'm sure there is alot of information on the site, but I'd be embarrassed to associate my brand and business with a cartoon, so I won't be using it.
Hello, I believe the first time home buyers will find this very helpful. As for the "corny" animated greetings, as painful as it sounds, these things really work. I may or may not use them depending upon the buyers. I will, however, use the information.
Thank you.
Why would I send anyone to that site when it sends them to R.com to search for homes? I want them searching on my site if I am working with them. If they are a potential client, to send them somewhere else to search for homes is nuts, especially if your IDX program has street view, bird view, maps, directions, demographics, local info, search by tract, address, etc. I want them contacting me when they see a property they like, not the listing agent on R.com.
