Town clerks across the region are pointing out that folks 65 and older can purchase a lifetime fishing/hunting license for $50 which is great compared to an annual license price of $47. The deadline is Sept. 30, 2009. Why not pay $50 this year for the lifetime license and enjoy paying yourself $47/year in savings? |

A second public hearing on the proposed Sewage Treatment Plant will be held on Thursday, July 9 at 7:00pm. The public hearing will be held in the old Essex County courthouse. All residents of Elizabethtown are invited to attend and share their ideas, questions or concerns about the proposed sewage treatment plant which is planned for Woodruff Lane just off River Street, across from the Fire House. |
