When You're Right...You're Right

Earlier this year I had an article published on line entitled, “We’ve Hit Bottom… Hooray!”  It described how the market is shifting from a difficult Buyer’s Market to a Seller’s market. 

I won’t rehash the article here, if you want to read it go to my website and on the right it’s posted as one of my ‘Latest Published Success Articles.’ 

Some people thought this was premature.  But I knew by talking to my Coaching Clients coast to coast that Buyers were showing up and although it isn’t a Seller’s market yet.  We are clearly in the transition.  And… the news today is beginning to report that the Real Estate market is showing signs of returning health; which for the news is really good to be only a couple of months or so behind the market.

Sorry to gloat but hey… when you’re right…
