The Price is Right

Apr. 3, 2008

When you set your mind on a goal, it is amazing how often you achieve it.  The book and movie “The Secret” that was so popular over the last couple of years is based on the thought.

A generation before that Napoleon Hill’s book “Think and Grow Rich” is based on the same philosophy.  It is the basis of all success books, all coaching programs.  It is even the basis of all religions and belief system.

It is a philosophy, a value that I worked hard to teach my children.  “If you can conceive it and believe it; you can achieve it.

At the age of 9 my youngest son Omri told me he wanted to be on The Price is Right and ask if I would pay for his trip to Hollywood, California.  He then discovered you had to be 18 years old.  For four years he focused on that goal (among others).  The year he turned 18 he organized the trip.

Copy and paste the following link into your browser and you will see the You Tube video he just posted of the result.

Since then he has accomplished a tremendous resume of other successes, as has his brother, Yoni who you will also see at the end of the video.

It does make a father proud.
