We as REALTORS® can do more to help the Nation’s economy than any other group of people.  Yes we can. 

Real Estate has the greatest influence on the economy.  Real Estate was the key in bringing the Nation’s economy out of recession in the mid 80’s and again in the early 90’s.  It is what brought on the current crisis and it will be the biggest contributor to it's recovery.

The most patriotic thing you, as Agents, can do is to tell the truth about what is happening in your market.  Contradict the doom and gloom people are hearing in the media and spread the word that you are seeing more activity than you have seen in two years or longer.  Spread the word that there has not been a better time for first time Buyers in forty years. 

Be what I call the “Optimistic Expert” in your spheres of influence and in your community.  It will bring people to you.  You will sell more.  It will give people confidence so they will buy and sell.  It is the best thing you can do for your business and the Patriotic act you can perform.
