Once the weather breaks for spring the markets across the countries change; more Buyers start actively looking. More Sellers start doing prep work and calling Agents.
Your best sources of business are your Spheres of Influence and your past clients; both their repeat and referral business. If you are “Top of Mind” when this activity begins you will add many sales to your business. If you are not these sales simply go to the next Agent that comes along.
You have about a month before the weather breaks; probably less. Get a mailing piece in the hands of these people NOW! If you have a good website, direct them to it. But the best thing you can do for your spring business is to put a piece of real mail in their hands. Or lose the best part of the market with your best sources.
My Clients do this using the mailing templates we teach and year after year more and more of them have million dollar sales months in April and/or May. Then our goal is to keep that momentum going all the way to Christmas. It starts now.
