You have read posts on keeping healthy and exercise. I wrote a blog about the Zone diet that Chava and I like to go on when we want to shed some pounds more quickly. But I never posted it. I’ll tell you why.
I am a diet breaker. I admit it. I am a chronic habit breaker. Once I have developed a habit and it has served me well enough for a while I may very well choose to go break it if it doesn’t harm anyone else and it makes me happy… like chocolate.
So, I read some tips on top 11 Diet tips but as I sat here, on my day off, sipping a beer I decided it was just a bit disingenuous to post it.
I love what I do; helping people realize levels of success that they only previously imagined. At the same time I work to never let it go to my head. I am abundantly human and proud of it.
Ooh, eminently and abundantly in the same blog… I have to admit I used dictionary.com for both of them
