When is the Best Time to Make Calls?

I believe the best days and times to make lead generation calls are the ones you are most likely to show up for.  Many Agents choose evenings and although more people are home, by the time evening comes they don’t have the motivation or energy to make the calls. 

Actually making the calls is obviously the key. 

So, there are a few keys to accomplishing this.

You will find most people home in the evening although this is the harder time for you and the least convenient for most people. Always ask for permission or if it is a good time to speak before you start. This is courteous and it allows people to tell you when it is a better time for them.

Business phone calls should be done the mid to late afternoon because people are less productive and most open to interruption then.

The best thing to do is when you meet people ask for a daytime number and use it.  Explain that you like to touch base during the day as to not interrupt busy or family evenings.
