The 4th Way of Creating Business

Dec. 26, 2008

I have spoken about several of the ways to create easy business in your real estate business. Now is the time to use your direct mail campaigns. If you do not have a direct mail campaign, January is the perfect time to start. SOI mailings are always more profitable so start with that. If you are already doing SOI campaigns and you are ready to start FARM area then I suggest that you send out a thorough market analysis with a letter to introduce yourself as the "expert of the area". I suggest some very specific information and a format that sparks interest in your Farm area which is to lengthy to go into within a Blog. But I will give you some basic principles.
First and fore most all your direct mail marketing should be about Real Estate! It should be saying (without actually saying) "I am in Real Estate and I am good at it!"

Four Basic Principles of Good Marketing
1. Significant presence of you
2. There is dominant active Real Estate content
3. There is a personal touch
4. There is a consistent look (well branded)

As I always say "
There is more business in good marketing than any other effort."
