Fauquier Real Estate Through 11/30/2007

When 46% of homes in Fauquier are sold in less than 90 days, there appears to be three levels of sellers in today’s market:
  1. Aware
  2. Unable
  3. Do not really wish to sell
 
There seems to be two levels of buyers:
  1. Ready
  2. Patient
 The last element is that there are two levels of homes:
  1. Available
  2. Sold
 
As in every market, when the factors intersect, the future will be fine. What do you think?
