Using common sense and maintaining a certain mindset while working as a buyer's agent is the first step in creating a professional reputation for representing the best interests of home buyers.

You must first understand fiduciary responsibilities. If you can't get into a fiduciary mindset, you need to stay away from practing buyer agency.

I'm not going to write a novel about how to succeed at being a buyer's agent, but instead will take one topic at a time.

So, anyone practicing buyer agency who thinks they would like to learn some proven methods to not only have home buyers seeking you out when they get ready to buy a home but also learning how to practice smart risk management procedures, don't be shy - be truthful and let me hear from you.
