As a former National Director of NAEBA (National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents) with over 17 years representing the best interests of home buyers, I have many ideas and suggestions for licensees practicing buyer agency to reduce their business liability.

Today, I notice that more and more REALTORS are calling themselves a buyer's agent, but I find most are severely lacking the skills and business practices needed to not only adequately represent their buyer client, but many are leaving themselves wide open for the "lawsuit happy" consumer.
