Wednesdays Weekly Real Estate Expert Recipes 

Tangy Chicken Wings 

1 cup Soy Sauce

1 cup packed dark brown sugar

½ cup honey

 ½ cup oil

1 cup butter 

1 tsp. dry mustard

½ tsp. onion salt

1 tsp. hot sauce

2 Tbsp. fresh minced garlic

12-15 chicken wings Disjoint wings and discard bony tips.  Pat wings dry.  In saucepan over medium heat, mix the first 9 ingredients to dissolve.  Cool and pour over wings.  Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally to coat well.  Cook wings on barbecue grill for about 30 minutes or until done.
