Springtime Arrives in Charlotte, North Carolina
Spring has arrived in full glory in Charlotte. Everything is green and lush with so many trees and flowers in bloom. It has been interesting and at times, amusing to hear the stories of so many of my friends, family and prospective relocation clients from afar. "Measurable snowfall" on Mother's Day in Superior, Wisconsin. Snowflakes in northern New York. Near freezing temps out west. Yet here in Charlotte, we've enjoyed bright, sunny days in the 70's and have even had our share of steamy temps in the 80's.
The lakes and parks in Charlotte have been busy with people out walking, hiking, boating and barbequing. Recently, in between house hunting, I was walking with clients in Freedom Park and snapped this photo of beautiful puffy white blooms.
A few days later, as I was driving near Lake Wylie on the south side of Charlotte, along the South Carolina border, I stopped to enjoy some wisteria at its peak.
And then there are the pink azaleas everywhere. It's hard not to see a beautiful bush of azaleas and not feel the fullness of spring in Charlotte.

If you're looking for a place to live that enjoys all four seasons, moderate temperatures and glorious springtimes, relocating to Charlotte just may be something to consider.
