49ers Update for July 5, 2008

49ers Real Estate Activity. Activity has been light this last week. One home, 12420 E Barbary Coast Rd, was temporarily withdrawn from the market leaving 14 active listings in the 49ers community as shown below.

2008 Real Estate Year to Date. There have been only five closed sales in the 49ers community since January 1, 2008. The average sales price per square foot for these five sales was $200.92 and they spent an average of 282 days on the market before contract. There are currently no homes under contract waiting close. Should the rest of 2008 match the first half, we will have only ten total sales for a community of over 370 homes. Below is a table showing real estate sales activity in 49ers during the six previous years. Note that an average of 24.5 homes were sold annually during that period.
