What’s happening in the marketplace, now – May 4, 2009

According to the Garden State MLS, currently there are three (3) homes actively listed for sale in this Franklin Township Townhouse development, at the time of posting.  All three are a 2-story townhouses with 3 bedrooms-2.5 baths. View these active listings.

One is a new listings since the last report to you on April 6th. All actively listed prices range between $298,000 and $299,500. 

There have been two Carriage Homes at Quailbrook sales since the last report; 247 Glastonbury Ln, 2-bdrm/2.5 baths - $260,00 and 371 Hawkshead Way*, 3 bdrm/2.5 bath - $317,000. *DOM=12

Three properties are currently under contract for sale and an additional two are in attorney review.
