Summer weekly rentals are extremly strong especially for the weeks in late July and all of August.  The gas cost seems to be keeping our customer base  closer to home vs. trips to disney World or the Outer Banks.

The sales market is soft with many propsective buyers waiting to find only the Best Value's t,herefore the over priced inventory is not moving in spite of the low interest rates.
