Inventory Of New Condiminium Units for Sale: 2008-2001

As noted above, there are only four condiminium projects under construction downtown: Vantage Pointe in the East Village and Bayside, Breeza and Sapphire at the Embarcedero. Those projects will be completed in 2009. After that there will be no delivery of new units, recently completed or conversion projects.
