Just a quick reminder to my favorite group of people. Don't forget to use this expensive piece of software I (and all Realtor's) have. Known as Innovia - it is the MLS access portal we all have on our computers. And it does more that display listings...

If you will just send me search criteria of what you are interested in - either very specific or very vague - I would be happy to set you up within the program as a "virtual shopper". Your desired parameters will be compared to every listing - every day - and matches will be put in an account for you to view at your convenience. You will receive a very short e-mail from me each day a NEW addition to YOUR account is made. And only on days a NEW addition is made.

The e-mail will have a hyperlink (web address) that you can "click" on to bring you to your account. Then, review the results of the most recent search. You can keep the accumulated listings, delete them, e-mail me with questions - or even request a viewing. All free. And all very convenient.

Curious what your house might list for? Search comparables. Wonder what your next home might cost? Search comparables. Wonder what a different area is listing homes for? I do not do anything with this stuff until you contact me. Once I set you up - which takes about 5 minutes - it's "fire and forget".
