The decision to begin a new endeavor in real estate was an easy one for me.  Having personally bought and sold 7 houses in 5 States associated with job transfers, I have a full appreciation of the anxiety and stress one goes through when trying to sell or purchase a home.  It is one, if not the biggest investment most of us make, and it is my goal to try my best to alleviate the concerns of my clients as they go through this process.  I promise to provide the kind of customer service one expects and deserves, and is evidenced by the testimonials below. Although I work out of the Cary West Office, I live in Holly Springs, and I travel throughout Wake and surrounding counties to serve my clients real estate needs.

When I completed the NC Broker Licensing Course and passed the State exam, I had many brokerage businesses in the Research Triangle area wanting me to join their team.  I did my research and decided to join the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (HPW) team at the Cary West Office.  HPW provides more tools and support to the Realtor staff that allows them to give the best possible customer service to their clients – this is what sold me on HPW.  The Cary West and Kildare offices were also just voted #1 for customer satisfaction in Western Wake Co – a real honor in this profession.
