Hi all. I have been a real estate professional since 2000. I am the Broker/Office Manager of Coldwell Banker VanMeter Rader Group - long name - at Lake Texoma in Kingston, Ok. This area is a resort/retirement community. I am a member of the Texoma Board of Realtors and MLS. Our Board covers 5 counties in southern Oklahoma, on the Texas/Oklahoma border. Lake Texoma is the 12th largest fresh water lake in the US. It is the best sport fishing lake in the world specializing in Hybrid Stripper Bass, Catfish, & Crappie. Our water sport activities are unlimited. We have 2 sailboat regatias each year and 3 speedboat races. Fortunatially, our housing activity has not been affected by the housing crunch and problems. We stay busy 10 months out of the year. We have 2, 18 hole golf courses, 11 marinas, several parks, and lots of activity.

I am a multi-million seller the past 7 years and the 2005 president of our board. I try to stay involved in community activity and  eager to help in any community activities. My hobbies are golf, yard work, and grandchildren. My wife and I have been married for 43 wonderful years and have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. I love my life at Lake Texoma.

 Yea, I just completed my e-Pro course. It feels great. Hope to visit with other members.
