Wayne Fitts

Wayne Fitts is the Alabama Region owner of Sellstate Realty Systems Network and the broker/owner of Sellstate Alabama in Gulf Shores Alabama.  Wayne Fitts has been active in real estate sales on the Alabama Gulf Coast since 2002, having been a member of the Top Producing Team of the Coldwell Banker Franchise in the area in 2002 and 2003 and a Chairman's Club and REMAX Hall of Fame Team (The Fitts Team) in 2004, 2005, and 2006.  Wayne is a broker in Alabama and Mississippi and a licensed sales associate in Florida.

Prior to entering the sales side of Real Estate, Wayne owned a consulting company with 9 years or experience doing work for the Corporate Real Estate Division of one of the worlds largest communications companies.  He also has experience as the National Sales Manager and National Marketing Director of a major financial software developer. 

Wayne is a cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama in Commerce and Business Administration, where he majored in marketing management .  He is a Desert Shield/Storm veteran having served as an instructor in the RF-4 with the Alabama Air National Guard and Dept of the Air Force (DOD).

Wayne has extensive experience in beach front and golf course homes, land and condominiums along the Alabama Gulf Coast - not only as primary and vacation/second homes but also as investment properties.
