Real Estate is  exciting! With my career in Residential,Commercial and Investment Real Estate, I have built my staff around the same core beliefs and values that I have. We strive to achieve nothing less than having all our customers happy, and satisfied with our service. Service, as well as trust should always succeed far past any closing.If there is a problem we will stand next to our clients until the problem is corrected, or fixed to the buyers satisfaction. For the past 23 years we have acquired many satisfied clients, customers, and friends. We have extensive practice in all Residential aspects, including relocation and Buyer respresentation, Commercial buildings of all nature, and investment properties ranging from duplexes to large multifamily dwellings. We work with accountants and lawyers, and  keep up on all the applications of delayed and simultanious exchanges. These exchanges known as Starker exchanges are in reference to the IRS section code 1031. ( A 1031 exchange is in reference to IRS section code 1031 that states that if you sell a property and it meets the rules and conditions, you may be able to avoid paying any Capital gains on your sale, and enter into a new sale where the porceeds will be invested in their entirety. The ficilatator ( usually the title company or a designated attorney ) holds the check in their trust account until you show up for the next closing. You have 45 days to designate up to 3 properties, and close of one, or combination, that is designated on the Starker documents ( or a group )of them in 180 days, you can often avoid your Capital Gains.I have personally been involved in quite a great number of exchanges. Over the years we have had the chance to work with some pretty remarkable people and have enjoyed their company. We were fortunate enough to have found for them, or have sold them a  property.The wonderful thing about this Industry is the people that work in it. I have met some of the most giving and compassionate individuals in many different Real Estate companies. It never ceases to amaze me how giving and how talented they are. I am fortunate that I have went on to become good friends with them, or have them as Mentors. Realtors are, in my eyes, people that like to be around people. When I talk to other Brokers and Salespeople about their careers and business you can see the spark in their eyes, and the smile is ever present. I have met some very decent individuals in my line of business, and I am proud to be associated with them.

Helping new found friends with their Real Estate needs has taken many different roads, and may have started with a newly married couple bursting with pride in the thought of purchasing their own home. Time went by and they moved up to have a larger home with more room to grow. Eventually, the cycle moved on and it meant yet another move with more dreams, and I was fortunate to help them again. It may have  been selling that single family home when the children grew up only to find them another property.

It may have been a Commercial building, or perhaps a business. For each dream, goal, and aspiration,we stood ready and able to help them reach their destination.

We have also helped an amazing amount of customers and clients selling and finding them investment properties; small and not so small.

We have extensive practice in all Residential aspects, including relocation and Buyer respresentation, Commercial buildings of all nature, and investment properties ranging from duplexes to large multifamily dwellings. We work with accountants and lawyers, and  keep up on all the applications of delayed and simultanious exchanges. These exchanges known as Starker exchanges are in reference to the IRS section code 1031. ( A 1031 exchange is in reference to IRS section code 1031 that states that if you sell a property and it meets the rules and conditions, you may be able to avoid paying any Capital gains on your sale, and enter into a new sale where the porceeds will be invested in their entirety. The ficilatator ( usually the title company or a designated attorney ) holds the check in their trust account until you show up for the next closing. You have 45 days to designate up to 3 properties, and close of one, or combination, that is designated on the Starker documents ( or a group )of them in 180 days, you can often avoid your Capital Gains.I have personally been involved in quite a great number of exchanges. Some were simultanious (the sale and your new purchase were done at the same time), or you may elect to perform a delayed exchange. This quite simply is a transaction that states you have closed  your sale, and that you are waiting you complete the other end, which is the purchase.

Often, in the process of finding investments, new businesses, or other Commercial ventures we work directly with our attorneys to make sure our customers, and clients, are  put in the appropriate entity. In other words, they are put in an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation), an S Corporation, or whatever entity will be best suited for what they are trying to accomplish.We also do what we are good at in the realm of helping them secure their financing.

Over the years we have had the chance to work with some pretty remarkable people and have enjoyed their company. We were fortunate enough to have found for them, or have sold them a  property.The wonderful thing about this Industry is the people that work in it. I have met some of the most giving and compassionate individuals in many different Real Estate companies. It never ceases to amaze me how giving and how talented they are. I am fortunate that I have went on to become good friends with them, or have them as Mentors. Realtors are, in my eyes, people that like to be around people. When I talk to other Brokers and Salespeople about their careers and business you can see the spark in their eyes, and the smile is ever present. I have met some very decent individuals in my line of business, and I am proud to be associated with them.

Helping new found friends with their Real Estate needs has taken many different roads, and may have started with a newly married couple bursting with pride in the thought of purchasing their own home.
