Tina Dodson ~ Lake Texoma

I've been practicing real-estate in  "Texomaland"  since July, 2002 ~ and have found that every transaction is a unique learning experience!   Based in Pottsboro, TX ~ this area of North Central Texas ~ Lake Texoma ~ is poised for phenomenal growth. . .and I want to be ready for it!   

Having grown up and graduated from high school in Smethport, PA. . .I moved to Texas with my family ~ and was one of "those" who stayed!  I moved to Sherman, TX in 1982 where I served in the Alumni/Annual Giving/Institutional Development offices at Austin College, a privale liberal arts college.  After 15 years at AC, I was offered a great opportunity - to build an Annual Giving program at Grayson County College, the local community college.   

When I completed my real-estate courses at GCC, I began working for what was then Coldwell-Banker Benchmark Realtors....which then became the Northern Division branch of Virginia Cook, Realtors - a leading edge company.  I've been a multi-million dollar agent for the past three years.

Prior to getting my real-estate license, I worked with my husband, Skee, who is a certified Texas real-estate appraiser working out of our Pottsboro office, Dodson & Associates Real Estate - Appraisers.  We're also currently building our second "spec" home in Texomaland.  

In our spare time, Skee and I enjoy hunting, camping, our three grandsons and riding our Harleys.  Skee has a 'vintage' 77 Harley-Davidson Shovelhead...and I have a '98 1200cc Harley-Davidson Sportster ~
