The Bradley REALTORS(R) Team

The Bradley REALTORS^® Team consists of Thomas L Bradley and Joyce Bradley.  In one form or another, we have been in Real Estate fo since 1998 and have recently began branding as a team. 

The Team started at Pocono West Real Estate in Lake Harmony, Pa which then became part of the Century21 Select Group, a 12 office real estate company in northeastern Pennsylvania with off ices spread throughout the Pocono Mountains and Lake Wallenpaupack area.  While most of this area covers resort  and vacation home/investment property communities, we also list and sell primary residences and commercial property.  Both Buyer and Seller representation is offered. The Bradley REALTORS^(®  Team has comprehensive knowledge of the local area and is  very active in local community organizations, volunteer groups and local politics. 

Tom is agraduate of Villanova University with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and did post-graduate work at Drexel University in Engineering Management.  He was Director, Advanced Technology for SPD Technologies, a subsidiary of L-3 Communications in Philadelphia prior to moving to the Poconos full time in 1998 and getting involved in Real Estate.  Since moving here full time, he has served on the Kidder Township Planning Commission for two terms, was the first Chairman of the Kidder Township Environmental Advisory Council and has been elected as a Kidder Township Supervisor.  In that capacity he served as the township Roadmaster for a year and is now  serving as the Police Chairman as well as  the Board of Supervisor's Liaison to the Kidder Township EAC.   Tom is a Certified e-PRO®   and usually handles the Internet marketing efforts for the Team.

Joyce Bradley is a Trustee for the Lake Harmony Volunteer Fire Co and a fundraiser for bothe the fire Co and Lake Harmony Resue Squad and Ambulance.  A Senior Career Teacher, she retired after teaching in Philadelphia for 32 years.  She is a graduate of Temple University holding 60 credits beyond her Masters Degree in Education.  The United Way of Carbon County gave her their Silver Award at their annual meeting and Dinner in recognition of her contributions and efforts to raise funds in 2007.  The fundraising requires musch of her non-real estate time with events being organized and run through out the year. 

As a result of these backgrounds, The Bradley REALTORS^(R) Team has experience as homeowners in an urban setting, as vacation or second home owners in a resort community setting as well as residents in a rural resort area.  The insights gained from these experiences in buying and selling and owning property prove useful in their services to clients.  Involvement in the community process assists them in guiding prospective Buyers and Sellers through the real estate process.
