Professional Biography
I started my career in the real estate industry in 1987 as a loan officer. I worked in the lending industry for 20 years. The last 10 as a producing owner/manager.
2 years ago I decided to turn that business over to my partner/husband so I could devote my time to real estate sales and property managment. I managed my own properties since 1994 when I acquired my first multi unit building. I now oversee the management of 48 units.
My experience in development, spec building, custom home building, sub dividing as well as lending, sales, and property managment make me a valuable asset to any consumer wishing to acquire real estate or build a successful real estate portfolio.
