Having been licensed as a real estate broker for 20 years, I have always enjoyed being in the business of Real Estate. The San Fernando Valley, a large suburb northwest of downtown Los Angeles, is the area where I primarily work and live. After having been in the business for so long I have experience transacting single family homes, condos, income properties, short sales and foreclosures.
