Steve

I have been in the real estate business for 42 years now.  My experience includes sales, building, developemnt and property management.  I've had the oppotunity to help over 2,000 families with the sale or purchase of their homes.  I can tell you that each of these experiences has been unique and has helped my to learn more about the real estate business. 

During my career I have worked for serval fine builders and have learned a lot about construction, design, energy, function and more.  I have personally designed and built 6-7 single family homes; was part of the development team for two condominium projects totaling 113 units; was  hired to complete and market another condominium project that got into difficulties; have been responsible for several succesful subdivisions; and have had the opportunity to manage numerous homes and apartments for clients. 

Looking back over the years I have been very fortunate.  I've had the opporunity to meet and help thousands of folks; made countless friends; and I found a career that I love; to this day I look forward to going to work and I enjoy the business as much today as I did when I first entered the business.
