EXPERIENCE
My twenty-plus years professional real estate experience includes consulting, sales, leasing, asset and property management, of commercial, investment and residential properties.
I've appraised a wide variety of property types including apartments, & single family residential, agricultural, auto service facilities, children day-care centers, professional offices, recreational use properties, restaurants, retail centers, industrial-manufacturing & warehouse facilities, and unimproved land.
I have also served as an expert witness as well as provided real estate consulting services in both the private and public sectors.
