I am a Colorado native. I love Colorado and helping others discover how awesome it is to live here, work here and play here on our Western Slope. I specialize in New Castle, Silt, Rifle, Parachute, Battlement Mesa, and DeBeque, CO. I sell residential, land, etc. I prefer homes, but will sell commercial land as well. I do not sell businesses, however.

I work a bit differently than most REALTORS®. I find out first what payment a buyer is comfortable with. Certainly it is important to see a lender before embarking on a home search, but frankly what works on paper isn't always practical.

Sure, my commission is bigger if I sell a more expensive home, but I want to see buyers able to STAY in their homes. I want buyers to own the home-not the home owning them. I work from their budget standpoint-not how it works from just  a lender's view. I remind buyers that there has to be built in to their monthly obligations, some wiggle room. Substantial wiggle room! Homes need maintenance, & appliances need replaced. Vacations, family activities and eating out are desires that should not be eaten up by a mortgage payment.

I will supply my buyers with detailed maps of the various towns I work in. These maps will be marked with the locations of any homes that fit the criteria that meets their need. I point out Visitor Centers in each town so they can get even more information about the areas. I supply flyers, brochures, booklets for each town so buyers can find recreational areas, hospitals, schools or whatever they need in whatever town they decide on.
