Ann E Naylor is a full-time Broker/REALTOR(R) serving the Sampson and Harnett County areas of North Carolina.  Ann has received her GRI designation (Graduate, REALTOR(R) Institute), an accomplishment held by only 11% of the nations REALTORS.

 

Ms. Naylor has experience in working with first-time Buyers, Sellers, For Sale By Owners as well as with area Agents and Contractors.  With experience in the home building process, Ann can help you decide which option is best for you and your family. 

 

Ann is active in her community as a member of the Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce as as Ambassador. She is also involve in Sampson County as a member of the county wide Planning Board and Board of Elections as a Precinct Judge. Ann is past president of the Harnett Area Board of REALTORS(R) and currently on the Board of Directors. She is committed to helping others in the community and believes in working hard at what is important to her.  The same ethic is carried over into her professional life as a REALTOR(R) ~ dedicated to providing the service, whether buying or selling, that you deserve.
