Steve Rook has resided in the Phoenix and Chandler area with his wife and two daughters for Fifteen years. In 2006,2007, and 2008 Steve was a multi-million dollar producer by representing buyers and sellers.

Prior to Steve’s career in real estate, he was a manager of International Paper in Portland, Oregon and Phoenix, Arizona. Steve’s multiple roles included accounting, budgeting, supervising people, project management, negotiating contracts, technology integration and daily problem solving. These roles prepared Steve in understanding how to meet myriad needs of people while accomplishing goals and objectives.

Steve began exploring real estate wealth-building strategies over twenty-five years ago by making use of tax laws and practicing sound financial planning. He has owned investment properties in Oregon and Arizona. Currently, he owns multiple rentals and lease-purchased properties in the Phoenix and Tucson markets. His rich background experiences enable him to serve as a great resource for those who are considering such ventures.

Realizing that continuing education will give Steve greater knowledge of his work and nuances of the Phoenix home market, Steve has completed accreditations for his CRS (Council of Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and e-PRO (electronic professional realtor). These accreditations represent a higher level of achievement than the average realtor’s credentials. In turn, greater knowledge coupled with experience will enhance Steve’s representation for all clients.

Finally, Steve enjoys mentoring and supporting the first time home buyer, finding property for families who are seeking a change to fit their growing needs, or securing properties for the investor client.
