I  live in and love the Palm Springs Area, My folks came here in the 1950 and 1960's. It was a retreat for the Hollywood industry at that time . Personally, I just loved playing in the pool. It was at that time, I gained my love for the desert , and my passion for real estate began.  My father was always interested in property as investments, growing up, having to tend to rentals was normal for my family.  We'd paint apartments before renting, we'd collect rents and make repairs for our tenants.  At age 21, I purchased my own home, and since bought and sold many homes and rentals.
 
After 20 years in the banking industry, I decided to run with my passion which is to help and guide my clients though the real estate process. I can help you with everything, from finding financing, to finding your dream property, whether condo or castle. I will help negotiate for you all the way though the title and escrow process.  Right up until the close of escrow and you have keys in your hands and a smile on your face. 
 
If selling your home, I have a aggresive marketing plan, that will help you sell your home quickly, and will get you the best market value. I have tips to sell your home, and I will keep you current with communication.
