I am a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, but, I've lived on all four corners of the US and been involved in residential real estate in almost every state I've lived in....Maryland, Connecticut, Florida, Oregon, California, Massachusetts and Illinois.  I was first licensed in Florida in the 80's.  I'll never forget that I had to be fingerprinted to get licensed in that state!  Do they still do that in Florida?  But, I don't plan on moving anymore, the NC coast suits me just fine! 

Here is my background....I was born in Washington, DC and got married shortly after graduating from the University of MD.  My husband of many years is the reason for so many moves....he works for Kodak.  I have one son, who is married and lives in CT.  I have a chocolate lab named Maggie and a very old cat named Lucy and I love all animals.  When I'm not breathing and eating real estate, you can find me in my yard gardening, on the beach reading or at my favorite yoga studio.
