I am pretty close to being a Colorado native so I know well the various Denver neighborhoods with regards to real estate. I am a broker associate with RE/MAX Professionals in Cherry Creek (formerly Prestige Real Estate Group). Most of my real estate experience and clients are in the Denver neighborhoods, Aurora and Centennial. I am a Denver real estate buyer's and seller's agent. The neighborhoods that I specialize in are Cherry Creek, Hilltop, Bonnie Brae, Welshire, Observatory, Platt Park, Univeristy Hills and Park, Crestmoor, Congress Park, Saddle Rock, Park View Meadows, Sterling Hills, Cory Merrill, Wash Park and the DU evanston area.

I have my CDPE(Certified Distressed Property Expert) and work with owners who are behind on their loan and want to prevent foreclosure. I market their home, find a buyer, and negotiate with the bank to take less than what is left on their loan. It is a much better  financial alternative than foreclosure.
