Steve Facella

I am an Italian American and a transplant to Florida from New York City I did most of my growing up in Orlando and now make my home in the Palm Beach County city of Lake Worth. It is a charming small town in the midst of one of the largest urban areas in the USA.

Many of my family are still in Brooklyn and Queens. I love going back and visiting with them. It brings back so many memories of huge family gatherings, dining under the grapevine in my grandparents driveway and Italian pastry. What can I say, I love good pastry! 

Real Estate is my second career. My first was making computer chips for a large telecomunications company. I am enjoying my second career much more than my first. Life takes you to new unexpected places and it is important to embrace and make the most of them.

I have been making the best of this slow market getting more education. I have taken the class for and been certified as a e-Pro and am working on becoming a Accredited Buyers Representative.
