Joy Carter is the team leader for The GreatFloridaHomes Team. Enjoying being a Realtor for 25 years, with Prudential Florida Realty. Joy is the Chair for the Chamber of Commerce Trustee Program and previous Chamber Chair, a teacher for Junior Achievement and a Toastmaster. Joy specializes in the listing and marketing of homes where her only goal is client satisfaction.
Jeff Booker, Joy’s brother and partner, with over 20 years real estate experience, handles the numerous buyers calls received on the homes they represent for sale. Jeff’s negotiating talents are a major asset to the Team’s success as he stays on top of evey detail of making sure that the transaction does close and the sellers and buyers are happy.
To compliment the Team, is Julie Mello, Client Care Specialist, handling the listing to sales process with diligence.
