I'm from Iowa. We used to get up in the morning, plow the field, finish and be done for the day. We didn't go back and re-plow the field because it wasn't done quite right. And we didn't stay awake at night wondering if we were missing something or could we have done it better. Tomorrow we would move on to fixing the fence in the south 40.

Times have changed. There's so much information from so many conflicting sources that we are never done; at least it's not done well enough or to our satisfaction. So, back to real estate........
