Rosemarie Doshier

Successful Real Estate Broker on The Outer Banks of North Carolina  since 1987 - I work with a team, where I am the Team Leader.  Our Team works with investors for Resort Homes and we also work with the First Time Home Buyer.  One team member specializes in listings and the additional team members concentrate on Buyers.  I work with Buyers and Sellers and assist all of my agents.  Our team members are highly educated and hold many designations. I personally hold the ABR,CRS,GRI,SRES,RRS and will be 2009 President of the North Carolina Woman's Council of REALTORS - I am presently President of the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS where I am serving a 2nd go round and was REALTOR of the Year for the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS in 1995.
