Rich Levin trains champions. Early in his life he trained tennis champions, academic award winners and since 1996, Real Estate sales champions.
After majoring in Education and Sports Psychology Rich changed careers school teacher and tennis professional to Real Estate. He was an Agent for five years, a manager for two years, and Broker Owner for a decade. Then in 1996 he devoted his full time to teaching, training, and coaching of Real Estate professionals.
Rich Levin is a natural innovator. Long ago he noticed that what the most productive Agents actually do to reach high levels is very different from what the most prominent trainers and coaches were teaching.
So, Rich began to work one on one with Agents. One client after another achieved results beyond anyone's expectation. Top Agents productions doubled and tripled. Mid level Agents became Top Agents. And new Agents quickly reached production that normally took many years to achieve.
This wasn't done with strict adherence to one system or the application of one tool or system. It was done with Rich's understanding of the wide variety of ways Agents can succeed. Rich worked with some Agents that were great at networking, or great at marketing. Some were great presenters, or service and follow up. He saw that certain strengths were consistent for every exceptional Agent. Certain strengths were common to specific personal styles, and other strengths were unique to individuals.
Rich is insightful. He discerned these differences and incorporated them into a coaching and training model of success, Rich Levin's "Hierarchy of Success." He realized that it was the combination of these systems that created permanent success with continuous growth. He realized it was the way he taught the Agents to plan and measure in combination with the other skills and systems he taught that rapidly moved Agents to their next level.
Designations: The CPBA designation after Rich’s name represents his being a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst from Target Training International Ltd. This designates Rich’s ability to interpret a person’s DISC Assessment. DISC is a communication and behavior assessment that is used by Fortune 500 companies. We administer these to all our coaching Clients who find the report tremendously insightful into their own behavior style, recognizing other’s styles and adapting their style to others. This increases communication effectiveness and results.
Rich recently completed and was certified as an e-Pro which is the only NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® approved Internet Certification Program. The e-PRO Certification Course is an educational program is comprehensive and Interactive specifically designed to help real estate professionals thrive in the competitive world of online real estate. Rich is committed to all aspects of the REALTOR’s® career and has completed this certification to ensure continual growth in both himself and our Clients
