Meet Roseann Farrow

            With over 30 years in real estate sales, training, management and consulting, Roseann personally has trained and coached thousands of real estate agents, managers and brokers who are lifted by her passion, humor, high energy and dedication to the industry. A New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker, a National REBAC trainer, and a ‘Master Instructor’ at the NY State Association of REALTORS®, she devotes full-time efforts to independent training, coaching and consulting nationwide as Roseann Farrow Seminars.             Roseann's varied real estate related jobs and experiences have broadened her knowledge and scope and continue to help her think ‘out of the box’. Over the years she was a corporate trainer/consultant for 4 separate real estate brands (Better Homes & Gardens, Cendant, RE/MAX Benchmark, Prudential Rand), she was the Northeast Regional Director for the marketing giant, Merrill Corp., and she managed E&O insurance & home warranty sales throughout NY and New England for Home Security of America. In this latter capacity Roseann procured a NY State P&C Insurance Broker License. Her programs reflect these varied experiences and are designed to enhance productivity, quality and profit while including risk reduction tips that add value. Attendees at the December 2006 Triple Play Convention evaluated Roseann in the top 10 of all presenters.   Not limited to sales agent training, her 2006 broker/manager programs also were highly regarded- from the “Manager’s Leadership Series” at WCBR to the “Recruiting and Retaining in a Changing Market” workshop at the Maui Association of REALTORS®. She relates well to all - agents, managers and brokers.
            Roseann holds a BA in Secondary Education, the ABR, ABRM, CRB, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, ITI, RECS, RSPS, and SRES designations and has served on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Association of REALTORS®, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, the New Windsor-Cornwall Rotary Club, and is a Past President of the New York State CRB Chapter.   She is the 2008 Education Management Chair at NYSAR, President of the NYS GRI Chapter, on the Board of Directors of the New York State Association of REALTORS®, the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) and serves on various committees at OCAR, NYSAR, Habitat for Humanity, and the Museum of the Hudson Highlands. Her local Orange County Association of REALTORS® awarded her “REALTOR® OF THE YEAR” in 2005 for her continued contributions to her industry and community.
            Originally from Long Island, Roseann raised her family in the Mid-Hudson Valley’s Cornwall-On-Hudson and now resides at nearby Orange Lake, 70 miles north of Manhattan. Her greatest accomplishment is her family, and her greatest strength is her sense of humor.                                                                   Jan 2008
