Anne Rendle

From 1998 to present, she has served as CEO of the Northeast Assn of Realtors in Chelmsford, Mass, NEAR has more than 1,500 Realtors and 200 affiliate members. In 2001, she staffed the group that founded the Northern MA Commercial-Investment Board of Realtors, the only commercial overlay board in Massachusetts, for which she also currently serves as CEO.
From 1995 to 1998, she was Director of Public Relations for Emmanuel College in Boston.
From 1985 to 1995, she served in the Public Affairs office at the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, where she was promoted to Public Affairs Director in 1988.
At the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, she has served as Chair of the Association Executive Committee, and a member of the Executive, Finance, Leadership Development, and Communications committees.
At the National Association of Realtors, she has served on the Communications Committee, the AEC Online Models and Leadership Development workgroups, and is currently a member of the RCE Certification Board.
In 2005, NEAR's Housing Opportunities Committee project was included in NAR's Blueprint to the Best Housing Opportunity Programs.
In 2008, NEAR's e-newsletter was named "Best E-newsletter" in NAR's association website competition.
